Getting Ready for a Smooth First Visit
We want your experience at Rosemeade Dental to be a stress-free one. In addition to Dr. Suggala and Dr. Albeer's expert touch, you’ll have our friendly team members to help you every step of the way. When you set up an appointment with us for the first time, it’s a good idea to review the information below so that you know what to expect from the beginning to the end of your visit and can make the appropriate arrangements. Please call us if you have additional questions!
Your First Dental Visit
During the first visit, you’ll need to complete some paperwork that will give us vital information about your dental health history as well as any current concerns you have. During your examination, we’ll take an X-ray of your mouth and ask you several questions about the state of your teeth and gums. In addition to a routine cleaning, we’ll keep an eye out for issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible; that way we can schedule follow-up visits as needed.
New Patient Forms
Don’t want to lose any more time than necessary waiting for your first checkup? You can download the paperwork for your first visit using the link below. That way you can fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you to our dental office. Doing this will mean spending far less time in our waiting room.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Do you have a dental insurance plan? A good insurance policy can help take the stress out of paying for your care at the end of your visit. You can call us directly with your policy information to see if we accept your plan. We’re happy to work with a wide variety of major carriers, and we’ll handle the process of filing the necessary claim paperwork for you so that you can be sure that you’ll enjoy the maximum possible savings.
